Growth Factors

Immobazyme has developed a modular protein expression system that enables the production of food-grade versions of growth factors.

Our system provides a cost-effective and efficient solution for producing high-quality growth factors, making them more accessible to the industries that need them.

IGF-1 IGF-1, also known as Insulin-like Growth Factor 1, is a hormone produced primarily in the liver. It shares a molecular resemblance to insulin and is regulated by Growth Hormone (GH).
FGF-2, also referred to as basic FGF, is a growth factor primarily synthesized in fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and smooth muscle cells.
Transforming Growth Factor Beta (TGF-β) acts as a potent multifunctional cytokine involved in a diverse range of biological processes including muscle repair, embryogenesis, wound healing, connective tissue development, cell growth and differentiation, cell proliferation and apoptosis, and it contributes to the regulation of immune responses.
